Shipping/配送について
NY ships orders from Tuesday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays recognized in Japan. Orders are shipped in the next 2–3 business days from order confirmation. During Holiday busy seasons, orders may require up to 3–5 business days to ship.
NYはご注文確定後、通常2～3営業日以内に発送いたします。発送業務は、日本の祝日を除く火曜日から金曜日に行っております。年末年始などの繁忙期には、発送までに3～5営業日ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。
Domestic Shipping/国内配送について
Domestic shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,200. All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Expedited shipping is not available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
国内配送料は、一律1,200円です。配送業者は日本郵便にてお届けします。お急ぎ便はご利用いただけません。商品の発送が完了しましたら、追跡番号を記載した発送確認メールをお送りします。
International Shipping/国際配送について
International orders are sold in JPY and final sale. They cannot be exchanged or returned. International Shipping rates are determined by the region and provided below. JPS is the carrier and service.
East Asia and Southeast Asia: 3,000yen Flat Rate
USA: 6,000yen Flat Rate
Canada: 5,000yen Flat Rate
Australia and New Zealand: 5,000yen Flat Rate
All other countries: 5,000yen Flat Rate
NY is not responsible for import fees, taxes or any other customs fees. Any refused International package will be refunded upon return receipt withholding return shipping costs.
JPS Worldwide Shipping Schedule:
International Shipping estimated shipping times can be exclusive of Customs processing. Customs is government sanctioned and determined by individual countries. They are independent of shipping carriers, and therefore, Customs may take more or less than the shipping time estimate.
USA : 12–15 business days
Canada : 7–10 business days
Europe, and the United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
East Asia and Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8–10 business days
NY is not responsible for International Shipping delays, lost or stolen packages.
If an item received is considered damaged, see below Returns Policy and contact info@nyd.world within two (2) days from the order delivery date as recorded by the shipment tracking.
海外からのご注文は日本円（JPY）で決済され、すべて返品・交換の対象外となります。
海外配送料は、お届けする地域によって異なります。配送は日本郵便にてお届けします。

その他の国・地域：一律5,000円
輸入関税、税金、その他の通関手数料について、NYでは責任を負いかねます。これらの費用が発生した場合は、お客様のご負担となります。お客様が海外配送の荷物の受け取りを拒否された場合、商品が当店に返送され、到着を確認した後、返送料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。
海外配送のお届け予定日数
以下のお届け予定日数には、通関手続きにかかる期間が含まれない場合があります。通関手続きは各国の政府機関によって行われ、配送業者とは独立しているため、実際のお届け日数が予定より前後する場合があります。
東アジア・東南アジア：5～10営業日
アメリカ合衆国：12～15営業日
カナダ：7～10営業日
オーストラリア・ニュージーランド：8～10営業日

海外配送における遅延、荷物の紛失または盗難について、NYでは責任を負いかねます。
お届けした商品に破損が確認された場合は、下記の返品ポリシーをご確認のうえ、配送追跡情報に記録された配達日から2日以内に、info@nyd.worldまでご連絡ください。
Exchanges and Returns/交換・返品について
NY is a small business that creates small-batch production and limited artisan pieces. Each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier.
Due to the size and nature of our business, we can only offer store credit for Exchanges and Returns. All items purchased on promotion or sale are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted. Qualifying Exchanges and Returns will only be accepted from Domestic Orders.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags are attached. If there are signs of wear, Anaak reserves the right to deny the exchange or return.
NYは、少量生産および数量限定のアイテムを制作する小さなブランドです。ご注文いただいた商品は、アトリエから一件ずつ丁寧に発送準備を行っています。
ブランドの規模と運営体制の都合上、交換・返品の際は返金ではなく、当オンラインストアでご利用いただけるストアクレジットにて対応いたします。キャンペーン価格またはセール価格でご購入いただいた商品は、すべて交換・返品の対象外となります。また、交換・返品を承ることができるのは、日本国内からのご注文に限ります。
商品が未着用・未洗濯で、すべての付属タグが購入時の状態で付いている場合に限り、交換・返品を承ります。着用された形跡が確認された場合、NYの判断により交換・返品をお断りすることがあります。
Domestic Orders/国内のご注文について
1. Customer-Initiated Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions: Items must be unopened and unused, and you must contact us by telephone or email within five (5) days of receiving your order.
2. Important Information
・Please contact us at info@nyd.world within five (5) days of receiving your order.
・Please let us know the reason for the exchange or return and, if necessary, provide photographs of the item.
・Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
・A processing fee of 5% of the item price will apply to all exchanges and returns.
・The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Return Address

Please return the item using a shipping service that includes tracking and compensation for loss or damage. NY cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit if the item is returned using a shipping method without such coverage.
4. After We Receive Your Return
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it remains unused. After confirming that the item is in its original condition, we will contact you by email.
Please note that confirmation may take additional time during weekends, Japanese public holidays, or periods when we are experiencing a high volume of returns.

以下の条件にあてはまる場合、交換・返金いたします。
未開封・未使用のもので、商品到着より5日以内に電話もしくはメールにてご連絡いただいたもののみ原則対応いたします。
2．【要確認ください】
・商品到着日から5日以内に、info@nyd.worldまでご連絡ください。
・交換・返品をご希望の理由をお知らせいただき、必要に応じて商品の画像をお送りください。
・返品される商品の送料につきましてはお客様ご負担となります。
・交換、返品には、商品代金の5％の手数料がかかります。
・送料を差し引いてのご返金となります。

※ご返送方法は、必ず配送補償のある方法でお願いします。配送補償のないご返送方法にてお送りいただいた場合、輸送中の紛失および破損への補償はいたしかねます。
4．【返送後のご案内について】
返品商品が到着後、未使用の状態が保たれているか検品いたします。商品の状態に問題がないことを確認した後、順次当店よりメールにてお知らせいたします。
※土日祝当店休業日を挟む場合や商品到着が混み合った場合、ご返送いただきました商品の到着確認までに少しお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
International Orders/海外からのご注文について
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. However, if you believe that an item you received is damaged, please review the information below.
NY products are made by artisans using traditional techniques, including weaving, dyeing, printing, and embroidery. All of our pieces are produced in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our production process, the texture and color of the fabric may vary from piece to piece. Variations or irregularities may also occur in the fabric, surface, or print. These variations are not considered damage or defects, but are unique and beautiful characteristics of the artisan-made process.
If, after reviewing the information above, you still believe that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@nyd.world within two (2) days of the delivery date indicated in the shipment tracking information. Please describe the suspected damage or defect in detail and provide photographs of the item if necessary. NY will review the information provided and assess each case individually.
海外からのご注文はすべて返品・交換の対象外となります。ただし、お届けした商品に破損があると思われる場合は、以下の内容をご確認ください。
NYの製品は、織り、染色、プリント、刺繍などの工程を職人の手仕事によって仕上げています。また、すべて少量ずつ生産しています。手仕事による製造工程の特性上、生地の風合いや色合いには、一点ごとに個体差が生じる場合があります。また、生地や表面、プリントに色むらや風合いの違いが見られることがあります。これらは破損や不良ではなく、職人の手仕事ならではの美しい特徴として、あらかじめご了承ください。
上記をご確認いただいたうえで、商品に破損や不良があると思われる場合は、配送追跡情報に記録された商品到着日から2日以内に、info@nyd.worldまでご連絡ください。破損または不良と思われる箇所について詳しくお知らせいただき、必要に応じて商品の画像をお送りください。お送りいただいた内容を確認のうえ、NYにて個別に対応を判断いたします。
